Carlos Creus Moreira is the Founder Chairman CEO of WISeKey.

Under Carlos’ leadership, WISekey’s mission has been to continually advance and improve Internet Trust, Cybersecurity and Internet of things, and to make it easier and more secure for people to use the Internet. Carlos served before founding WISeKey as United Nations Expert on CyberSecurity and Trust Models. He served during 17 years as UN Expert for many leading organizations of the United Nations System including ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP (83-99). He is recognized worldwide as an Internet Pioneer and has an unique profile, which combines extensive high level international diplomacy experience and emerging technologies expertise, has positioned him as a distinctive authority, thought leader, and entrepreneurial force in today’s digital world where the acquisition and trusted protection of Identity, Trust and Security has become an essential step for citizens and entities across the globe.

Carlos left the United Nations in 1998 to found and devote his energies to WISeKey, a company he had begun in 1999. Guided by a belief that the Internet needs to be safe and universal and a tool for prosperity, he began developing technologies to protect the Internet. Carlos’ foresight and his vision for personal computing have been central to the success of WISeKey.

Carlos is still involved in many non for profit and philanthropic activities as Founder and SG International Organization for Secure Electronic Transactions IOSET OISTE.org. Founding Member of the “Comité de Pilotage Project E-Voting” of the Geneva Government, Member of the UN Global Compact, Member of the WEF Global Agenda Council. He was Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering RMIT Australia (95/99) and Head of the Trade Efficiency Lab at the Graduate School of Engineering at RMIT.

He is also very focus and active in disruptive DeepTech crypto technologies, AI, Blockchain/ Crypto Currencies, IoT and Cybersecurity . He is also very much involved in financial actives related to M&A , Fundraising, IPOs , Listed companies and was awarded the M&A Award 2017 Best EU acquisition for his acquisition of VaultIC semiconductors company in 2016. He listed WISeKey on the Swiss Stock Exchange in 2016.

Don Tapscott, CEO of The Tapscott Group, is one of the world’s leading authorities on the impact of technology on business and society. He has authored over 15 books including Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything which has been translated into over 25 languages.

Don has been advancing ground-breaking concepts for over 3 decades. His 1992 bestseller Paradigm Shift helped coin the seminal management concept, and in 1995 his book The Digital Economy changed business thinking about the transformational nature of the Internet. Two years later he helped popularize the terms “Net Generation” and “the Digital Divide” in Growing Up Digital. His most recent book is the 20^th Anniversary Edition of The Digital Economy.

Don’s next and perhaps most ambitious book is co-authored with his son, startup CEO and bitcoin governance expert Alex Tapscott. Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology behind bitcoin is Changing Money, Business, and the World was published by Penguin Random House in 2016, and is now a bestseller, and is being translated into 12 languages.

In 2015, Don became a member of the Order of Canada, and was ranked the 4^th most important living business thinker in the world by Thinkers50. He is Adjunct Professor at the Rotman School of Management, a Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University, and Chancellor of Trent University in Ontario.

It is hard to imagine anyone who has been more prolific, profound, and influential in explaining today’s technological revolutions and their impact on the world.

Eugene Kaspersky is a world-renowned cybersecurity expert and successful entrepreneur. He is the chairman and CEO of Kaspersky Lab, the world’s largest privately-held vendor of endpoint protection and cybersecurity solutions.

Eugene began his career in cybersecurity accidentally when his computer became infected with the ‘Cascade’ virus in 1989. Eugene’s specialized education in cryptography helped him analyze the encrypted virus, understand its behavior, and then develop a removal tool for it.

In 1997 Eugene and a group of associates founded Kaspersky Lab, which now has more than 3000 employees and operates all over the world.

Mr. Wang has organized and supervised IPO underwritings for over 40 Chinese companies in both domestic and overseas markets. He is the financial consultant on restructuring, financing, M&A and IPO for many leading companies in China. He had worked in a number of international corporations including Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, the World Bank in Washington D.C. and the Chase Bank in New York. Mr. Wang also serves as the economic advisor in several ministerial and provincial governments in China as well as independent director for several listed companies.

Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in finance in China, a Ph.D. in economics from Fordham University in the United States. He is the author of many books and journal articles, also a well-known lecturer as he has given seminars and lectures in many universities including CEIBS and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Wang has been named “Top Five Chinese investment Bankers” by Talents magazine in 2003, “The Most Influential Independent Director” by Directors & Boards magazine in 2006 and “The Most Influential Investment Banker” by China Finance Network in 2006. He was selected as a member of Shanghai Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Advisory Committee since 2007. He founded the Chinese Museum of Finance (Group) in 2010 and currently has 6 museums in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang and Suzhou. Furthermore, he has received the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award from The M&A Advisor in New York, the 2013 Social Innovator Award from The Wall Street Journal, 2015 IFFM Financial Literacy Award and many others. He has successfully summited the Mount Everest in May 2013. He was elected as the Chairman of Asia Mergers & Acquisitions Association (AMAA) and Co-chairman of International Federation of Finance Museums (IFFM) in November 2015.

Most recently he was CEO and President of The M&A Advisor, where he led global think tank services: market intelligence publishing, media, event and consulting, for the firm’s constituency of over 350,000 finance industry professionals from their offices in New York and London.

Mr. Fergusson engages regularly with leading stalwarts in the finance industry, media, and government. He is a respected speaker on the subjects of financial services and corporate innovation at prominent educational institutions including Cambridge, Columbia, Harvard, MIT and Cornell; and leadership assemblies including the World Economic Forum at Davos, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund; a frequent contributor to major media organizations including CNBC – US, Europe, and Arabia, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and is the editor of 5 annual editions of “The Best Practices of The Best Dealmakers” series with a readership of more than 500,000 in over 60 countries. He is the co-creator and Editor At Large of “Out In Front”, a multi-media content hub for M&A professionals.

Prior to joining The M&A Advisor in 2010, he conducted over 25 acquisitions as an investor and was credited with executing some of the country’s top consolidations in transportation and recreational services. Mr. Fergusson is a Founding Member of the City of London’s Guild of Entrepreneurs, a member of British American Business and the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). As an advocate for the advancement of the finance industry, in 2013 Mr. Fergusson led the formation of the global Emerging Leaders program. A pioneer in cross border mergers and acquisitions between the United States and China, he was recognized with the 2017 M&A Leadership Award from the China Mergers & Acquisitions Association and is Co-Chairman of the Asia Pacific M&A Council.

With Swiss technology pioneer, Carlos Moreira, he is the author of the book and forthcoming broadcast series – “The transHuman Code”. Recipient of the 2015 Albert Schweitzer Leadership Award for his work in youth leadership development, Mr. Fergusson is the Vice Chairman of Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY), the world’s largest social leadership foundation for high school students. Mr. Fergusson is a graduate of Kings College School and The University of Guelph.

The Future of Money In An Age Of Uncertainty, which told the history of money through to the emergence of digital currencies such as Bitcoin. Primavera De Filippi is a permanent researcher at the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS) in Paris. She is a faculty associate at the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School, where she is investigating the concept of governance-by-design as it relates to distributed online architectures. Most of her research focuses on the legal challenges raised, and faced by emergent decentralized technologies —such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and other blockchain-based applications —and how these technologies could be used to design new governance models capable of supporting large-scale decentralized collaboration and more participatory decision-making.

Primavera holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence. She is a former member of the Global Agenda Council on the Future of Software & IT Services and a current member of the Global Future Council on Blockchain Technologies at the World Economic Forum. Primavera is the founder of the Internet Governance Forum’s dynamic coalition on Blockchain technologies (www.coala.global), network neutrality, and platform responsibility.

In addition to her academic career, Primavera acts as a legal expert for Creative Commons France and she sits on the stakeholder board of the P2P Foundation. She is the co-founder of Backfeed (backfeed.cc), an initiative aimed at developing the foundational tools for distributed blockchain-based applications, and one of the main initiator behind the Okhaos artistic collective (okhaos.com) with whom she produces interactive works released under open licenses.

Richard Caetano is a veteran software designer from California. After 10 years of enterprise development in high tech security, government accounting and manufacturing and 3 years working with startups in digital music he discovered the Bitcoin Whitepaper in 2011. Since the discovery, he oriented his career around evangelizing this powerful new technology. He is the author of the book Learning Bitcoin and developer of the popular iPhone app, btcReport. In 2015 he co-founded the company Stratumn, located in Paris France, to focus on delivering enterprise grade tools that secure workflows using proof systems, cryptography and blockchains.

Richard is a pioneer in high frequency finance with extensive entrepreneurial experience and well known for his academic work. He was a co-founder of OANDA, a currency information company and market maker in foreign exchange. Richard is the founder and CEO of Lykke, a Swiss fintech company that builds a global marketplace for all asset classes and instruments on blockchain.

Elena is the CIO of the Group Security Function at a major bank, where she works to protect the bank’s technology estate and enable business lines to operate safely online. Her team’s mission is to deliver the highest degree of privacy and security through platforms and applications that are convenient to use in an environment that is constantly changing. Previously, Elena was with the international organizations, where she focused on a portfolio of projects aimed at leveraging ICT for economic growth and security.
