Carlos Moreira began his career as a UN expert on IT, eSecurity and Trust Models, working for ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP from 1983 to 1998. Hossein Rahnama

Hossein Rahnama is a professor of data science and an entrepreneur. As a visiting professor at the MIT Media Lab and professor at Ryerson University, where he co-founded Ryerson DMZ, his research explores artificial intelligence, data governance, and the transparent design of data-driven services. He is also the founder and CEO of Flybits Inc., a data intelligence company that is serving a global customer base. Rahnama has written more than 30 publications and patents in computer science. He is currently a Fellow at the MIT Connection Science Group and one of the global directors of the MIT City Science Network. He served as a council member at NSERC (National Science and Research Engineering Council of Canada) and is currently serving on the board of Canadian Science Publishing and the Home Capital Group. In the early days of the Internet, Cristina Dolan, co-founded OneMain.com, which grew to be the tenth largest ISP after a successful IPO. At OneMain, Cristina served as the provider’s Geographic Communities Division President and Chief Strategic Alliances Officer. In only five months, she conceived and built the OneMain cornerstone, Geographic Communities, into a profitable business. At its launch, the company’s IPO became the largest Internet public offering at its time, surpassing Amazon’s and eBay’s respective IPOs.
As a key executive of global FinTech software company with a SaaS solution for institutional multi-asset financial trading, she gained an deep understanding of the value of a market ecosystem, new sources of data and the growing regulatory requirements for transparency, security and best execution. The FIX Trading Community invited her to join the Digital Currency/Blockchain Working Group to help identify, analyze and define use cases and integration points for digital currency and distributed ledger technologies across the spectrum of capital markets requirements, and recommend best practices for FIX implementation and usage of this emerging technology in financial markets. Win It., a non-profit organization to promote creative problem solving within computer science education and rewarded the winning student teams with over $250,000 in cash and prizes over three years. Traders Magazine honored Cristina for her efforts in 2014 with a Charitable Works Award for the program. In 2015, Dream it. Code it. Win it. won four Stevie Awards, a Gold for Organization of the Year and three Silver awards for Startup of the Year, Female Innovator of the Year and Female Executive of the Year. She was recently been honored with a 2017 Harold E. Lobdell Distinguished Service Award from MIT for her work in promoting computer science education. Cristina earned a Master of Media Arts and Science from the MIT Media Lab, where she focused on interactive information and storytelling. She also holds a Masters of Computer Science Engineering and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering with concentrations in Computer Science, Communications Technologies, and Business. Cristina is bilingual with fluency in English (native-speaker) and Spanish.
As a member of the US Bobsled and Skeleton Federation in 1992, Cristina placed first in the US National Championships and Empire State Games in Skeleton. In 1990, she competed in the World Cup Championship in Konigsee, Germany, earning second place among the female competitors.

Mr. Wang has organized and supervised IPO underwritings for over 40 Chinese companies in both domestic and overseas markets. He is the financial consultant on restructuring, financing, M&A and IPO for many leading companies in China. He had worked in a number of international corporations including Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, the World Bank in Washington D.C. and the Chase Bank in New York. Mr. Wang also serves as the economic advisor in several ministerial and provincial governments in China as well as independent director for several listed companies.
Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in finance in China, a Ph.D. in economics from Fordham University in the United States. Teresa Hutson

Teresa helps realize Microsoft’s mission by leading the company in their commitment to protect the fundamental rights of people around the world as Corporate Vice President of the Technology for Fundamental Rights (TFR) group. Her team works to support people’s fundamental rights and address the challenges created by technology by promoting responsible business practices, using data and technology to expand accessibility and meaningful connectivity, and advance fair and inclusive societies. By partnering with organizations, community leaders, universities, and government agencies, they help to enable systemic change, uphold human rights and close divides.
Over the years, she has held various other positions within Microsoft, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the HR Legal Group. where she oversaw the immigration, employment law, and employment compliance practices. Before joining Microsoft in 2008, Teresa worked in private practice.
Teresa's commitment to fundamental rights and an inclusive society extends beyond her role at Microsoft. Mark Hughes
President, Security for DXC Technology
Mark Hughes is president of Security for DXC Technology. He is responsible for DXC’s Security business including cyber defense, digital identity, secured infrastructure and security risk management.
Mark joined DXC from BT, a world-leading global telecommunications provider, where he most recently served as chief executive of BT Security. He joined BT in 2002 and held a variety of senior appointments, including key government customer-facing roles. In 2013 Mark led the formation of BT Security, which has become a global leader with 3,000 cyber security experts across 15 security operation centers globally and double-digit annual revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, Mark was the commercial director at MWB Business Exchange. He began his career in the British Army.
Mark has served on national boards, including the Cyber Growth Partnership for the United Kingdom, and the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Cybersecurity Board.
Awarded a BSc with honors by the University of Leicester, Mark trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and the Junior Division of Staff College. He was awarded military advanced certificates in French and German from the University of Westminster.
Peter Selfridge

Peter Selfridge is the Global Head of Government and Public Affairs for SAP, a position that oversees public policy, government relations, and corporate social responsibility functions for the company. He also drives SAP’s CSR strategy as a key contributor to the company’s overall sustainability framework.
Peter previously served as President Barack Obama’s representative to the foreign diplomatic corps posted in Washington, D.C. as his Chief of Protocol. His other duties included greeting visiting foreign leaders; supporting presidential delegations overseas; and planning and executing high-level summits and multilateral events. Formerly, Peter served as President Obama’s Advance and Operations Director, a position he managed for Vice President Biden in the first term of the administration.
He began his career in Washington, D.C. as a staff member for U.S. Senator Tom Harkin, and later served as a scheduling assistant to President William J. Clinton and as a policy advisor to the New York City government. Peter served on the presidential campaigns of Al Gore, John Kerry, and Barack Obama, and is no stranger to the private sector having worked for Citigate Communications as well as Rendezvous Consulting where he helped clients develop and execute their communications and public affairs strategies. In 2007, he worked at the William J. Clinton Foundation as the organization’s city director in Los Angeles.
In addition to his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa, Peter holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. He is a native of Minnesota and is married to Parita Shah. They currently reside in Paris, France with their young daughter.

He currently holds board and C-level roles with multiple privately-funded technology companies.
David also has a distinguished academic career. David is a Professor of Practice (Artificial Intelligence and Innovation) with Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. He previously was an Associate Fellow with the Said Business School, University of Oxford, and a Lecturer & Futurist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
His government and nonprofit advisory portfolio includes supporting the European Parliament‘s new artificial intelligence legislative efforts and serving on FINRA’s fintech committee. He was principal author and lead consultant on the Commonwealth Fintech Toolkit, helping 53 countries understand how to shape web3 and fintech policy.
