Carlos Creus Moreira

Carlos Moreira began his career as a UN expert on IT, eSecurity and Trust Models, working for ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP from 1983 to 1998. A recognized early stage pioneer in the field of digital identity, he was also Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999 as well as Head of the Trade Efficiency Lab at the Graduate School of Engineering at RMIT.

Julian Fernandez is the CEO & Co-Founder of FOSSA Systems, a leading satellite manufacturer dedicated to developing Picosatellite technologies that are reinventing the way we manufacture and launch satellites. Julian developed and the launched the first Spanish picosatellite in 2019 when he was 17 years old, FOSSASAT-1, which acted as IoT repeater to create a global communications constellation. Through miniaturization, satellites development and launch costs are lowered, allowing faster and easier access to space for companies at unprecedented costs. Julian has given conferences for various entities such as ESA, TedX or Apple and is a director at Citadel Space Systems, an interplanetary satellite launch company based in the United Kingdom.

Philippe Monnier

Mr. Monnier brings extensive board experience to WISeKey. Over his long career he has served on the boards of more than 10 organizations in Switzerland, Singapore, China, and Japan, including WayRay AG, a Swiss-based international company specializing in true AR (augmented reality) holographic displays for the automotive industry, and Standa Swiss AG, a company that develops & manufactures opto-mechanics, lasers, precision positioning & motion control devices for science & industry.
Furthermore, Mr. Monnier served as Managing Director of Schindler Lift Singapore where he oversaw the company’s operations in five countries. He was the Executive Director of Greater Geneva Berne area (GGBa), the economic development agency representing six cantons of Western Switzerland. Mr. Monnier is the Founder and CEO of Eurêka Cybertrading SA, a company that specialized in e-business across Switzerland and Japan.
