WISeKey to Present at Two Events in the US

ZUG, Switzerland – June 6, 2018 – WISeKey International Holding Ltd (“WISeKey”, SIX: WIHN, OTCQX: WIKYY), a leading cybersecurity and IoT company, today announced that its CEO, Carlos Moreira and CFO, Peter Ward, will be addressing institutional investors as follows:

• Monday, June 11 at 11:00am ET: Business Update & Growth Strategy Presentation at the OTC Markets Group offices located at 304 Hudson Street in NYC. 
• Wednesday, June 13 at 10:20am ET: Stifel 2018 Cross Sector Insight Conference at The InterContinental Boston.  

The presentations will not be webcast; however, investors will be able to download the most recent investor presentation via the Investors section of WISeKey’s website, www.wisekey.com.    

Additionally, WISeKey’s management will host one-on-one meetings with investors throughout the week (June 11 – June 15) in NYC and Boston.
